Coaching for Your Business Needs
The Growth Through Objectives or GO Program is a one-to-one, structured coaching service available to start-up and existing businesses. Coaching helps the entrepreneur with specific needs, such as business plan implementation, marketing strategies, or financial management. GO involves creating an action plan to accomplish specific goals and move your business beyond the start-up stage.
The Process
A GO contract begins with a business assessment by a Mountain BizWorks’ Business Developer. Your Business Developer will provide guidance, analysis, and mentoring based upon your description of your business and supporting financial statements. Then, you and your Business Developer will work together to define an action plan, and make concrete steps toward your goals.
Currently, we offer GO contracts as a either a package of 10 hours spread out over a maximum of three months or more limited packages with fewer hours.
The first step to entering the Coaching Program is to attend an Information Session or to meet one-on-one with a resource specialist.
