They will leave the course with a comprehensive business plan, a clear vision for their business, and concrete tasks for future work.

With over two decades of diverse leadership experience, I bring a unique blend of entrepreneurial drive, operational expertise, and creative insight to every project I take on. I co-founded Noble Cider, helping grow it from a scrappy start-up into an established, recognizable brand, where I led business strategy, operations, and branding. My professional journey spans industries—from indoor air quality to real estate—underscoring my adaptability and consistent focus on efficiency, continuous improvement, and sustainable business practices. Along the way, I’ve gained certifications in Six Sigma, supply chain management, and environmental inspection, and I’ve become proficient in managing teams, developing processes, and delivering customer-centric solutions.

My educational background in urban planning, interior design, and building science informs my current work in real estate investment and brokerage, where attention to detail and big-picture thinking are equally essential. I’ve contributed as a board officer and committee chair for the American Cider Association, led cross-functional teams, and worked internationally with USAID on sustainable agriculture initiatives. As a business coach, I love solving problems, streamlining processes, and helping people navigate big decisions with confidence.

Outside of work, I stay grounded through family time, surfing, Djing, and a lifelong passion for learning. Whether managing a brand, optimizing operations, or helping clients find the right property, I bring a thoughtful, well-rounded perspective and a deep commitment to quality. Curiosity and creativity fuel just about everything I do!
