We’re back!

Returning to In-Person Learning

Mountain BizWorks is excited to offer virtual, semi-virtual, and in-person classes starting Fall 2021. Read below to find out what this means for you.

We will continue to closely monitor COVID-19 and will follow CDC, state & local public guidelines as they evolve. Read more about the most up-to-date CDC guidelines here.

While some clients love the virtual learning environment, we know others are ready to get back in-person. We have created a few options that we hope will meet everyone’s needs.

Class Formats

Virtual classes will continue to meet via Zoom. These are our most accessible classes, and we encourage you to take them if you are not vaccinated against COVID-19 or cannot otherwise attend in-person at the Mountain BizWorks office in downtown Asheville.

Semi-virtual classes will be piloted this fall for anyone vaccinated in the Asheville area who wants a partial in-person class experience. Semi-virtual classes will meet in-person for the first and last classes, while the weeks in between will meet via Zoom. Attendance for the in-person sessions will be required.

In-person classes will resume at the Mountain BizWorks office for fully vaccinated individuals. Participants must sign an agreement that verifies they have been vaccinated, and everyone is expected to attend in-person for each session.

Please opt for a virtual class if you are not fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or uncertain whether you are available to attend every in-person session.
