Downtown Hendersonville Opportunity Fund

The program provides businesses and entrepreneurs of all stages a roadmap to success with access to loan capital, learning opportunities, and technical assistance.

Funded by a grant from the Dogwood Health Trust, the Downtown Hendersonville Opportunity Fund was created in response to the needs of local small businesses and entrepreneurs in the area, particularly those who need assistance through training, technical assistance, access to capital, and physical space. The program includes a targeted approach to make sure this opportunity is as broadly accessible as possible, and particularly aims to support the success under-funded and women-led small businesses and entrepreneurs of color, paying close attention to the 7th Avenue District which was historically a hub of Black-owned businesses.

Mountain BizWorks is proud to be a partner in the Downtown Hendersonville Opportunity Fund, and we look forward to providing critical financing and capital needs for businesses ready to grow that may not otherwise available through traditional financing.
