Business Coaching Specialist

The Business Coaching Specialist (BCS) plays a key role in the design, delivery, and optimization of Mountain BizWorks’ business coaching program. This includes guiding entrepreneurs through the intake process, facilitating strategic coach-client matches, supporting scholarship utilization, and maintaining operational continuity across the Coaching and Learning departments. This role blends relationship-based client work with consistent program operations and systems design. Qualified/interested candidates should email their resume and cover letter (optional) to careers@mountainbizworks.org with the subject line “Business Coaching Specialist." Initial responses to this opportunity are requested by 5pm Eastern on Friday, November 14, 2025, with the position remaining open until filled thereafter.
