Sectors Program Coordinator

The Sectors Program Coordinator will play a key role as the operational & logistics hub of our Sectors team, overseeing event management, client technical assistance coordination, scheduling, resource building, and some curriculum/program development. All of this work is in the service of ensuring that companies and partner organizations in our Sectors of focus have easy and reliable access to the information, networks, and skill building opportunities they need to thrive. This position requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to & prioritize varying workloads. Initial applications are requested by July 15. Learning Programs Associate

The Learning Programs Associate is an important member of the Learning Team, which will: Assist Mountain BizWorks’ existing and aspiring small business owner clients with accessing Mountain BizWorks services and/or referrals to other service providers. provide program planning support for Mountain BizWorks’ suite of business classes and workshops, provide general administrative support to the overall Mountain BizWorks Learning Department. Energy & Climate Lending Director

The Energy & Climate Lending Director is a new position that will lay the groundwork for new products and programs at the nexus of clean energy, climate resilience, and environmental justice for low-income and disadvantaged communities. The position will develop products, cultivate partnerships, build & manage a pipeline of projects/loans, and underwrite & service loans in collaboration with our Credit and Portfolio teams. The position will work closely with staff across departments to meet loan and portfolio management metrics related to impact, greenhouse gas reduction, portfolio quality, and equity/climate justice.
