Join us for Craft Your Commerce Connect, a monthly gathering designed for artists, craftspeople, and creative entrepreneurs. This learning series provides a space to connect with peers, exchange insights, and grow your business skills in an inspiring, supportive environment.
Each session offers focused discussions, practical tools, and collaborative opportunities to help you navigate the unique challenges of running a creative business. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to refine your approach, Craft Your Commerce Connect is your chance to learn, share, and thrive in community.
Do you need help running your business but aren’t sure what tasks to hire out?
In this interactive workshop, tools are provided to help you identify what facets of your business you are most highly skilled in and what pieces make the most sense (time, budget, and skills wise) to outsource to others. We will take time as a group to complete a personal skill assessment and break into smaller groups with fellow creative business owners to discuss our findings. Getting really clear about what knowledge, skills, and abilities to hire for makes creating job postings a breeze and helps you find candidates who are the best fit for the job.
