June Connect | Grow With Intention: A Skills and Strategy Workshop
Do you need help running your business but aren’t sure what tasks to hire out?
In this interactive workshop, tools are provided to help you identify what facets of your business you are most highly skilled in and what pieces make the most sense (time, budget, and skills wise) to outsource to others. We will take time as a group to complete a personal skill assessment and break into smaller groups with fellow creative business owners to discuss our findings. Getting really clear about what knowledge, skills, and abilities to hire for makes creating job postings a breeze and helps you find candidates who are the best fit for the job.

Design Decoded: Canva for Creatives is a hands-on learning lab (aka action workshop), led by Top 5% Canva Designer and local creative entrepreneur, Cortina Caldwell, thoughtfully crafted with the needs of creative entrepreneurs & contractors in mind.
